Absolutely the best Property Management company without a doubt. Angie is phenomenal!!! She and her team has been responsive, professional, proactive and detail-oriented from day 1. All my questions were answered plus more. The communication was speedy and direct, whether through email or text. I was always updated and I loved that. I think I found the best Agent ever. My wife and I have one less worry and we know our home is safe in their hands.

My husband and I had a good experience with True South. We are relocating to GA from CA and had a very limited window of when we were able to physically view any of the rentals. Kandy was continually updating us and clearly trying to accommodate us seeing the rentals which I greatly appreciate.
I will give an updated review later into our lease as well. I really appreciate the communication with True South!

Charge you 2months plus move in then try to act as if you paid one month to move in when it comes to moving out! Then even though the one who signed lease with and did payment with knows they still talking about some other department that was not even started when started renting from them. Definitely a scam company and they never answer the phone. Now in the process of suing them that God for recipes smh been the worse move out. Kandy was the only one who answered but still was hard because she was not who moved me in or made the arrangements make sure you keep all original receipt payments please.

My family and I have had the best experience with Miss Kandy at True South Rentals. She's been great during the whole process from beginning to end. Not to mention she sprung into action with urgency because the holidays were approaching. The process took less than a week. I'm so Thankful for them. My family and I have spoken to a bunch of rental companies that we tried to apply with fir homes. My income exceeds 100$k yearly, however my credit is not the greatest. Yes I have made some dumb choices in the past and regret them. However, we have spoken to True South rentals, Miss Angie and Miss Kandy decided to give us a chance to rent with them. My wife and I are now on our second home with them and on a two year lease! The entire Staff of True South are a blessing and are amazing people! Tha k you so much True South! When we are ready to buy our for ever home, we are DEFINATELY going to purchase our home through them! Not Century 21, Not Remax... TRUE SOUTH!

Wanted to share my experience me and my girl had when viewing a home with Kandy and selecting our next home together. Right at arrival we were greeted with the most positive person when viewing houses. She made things easy to understand when selecting our next house and answered all our questions in a fashionable time. Definitely have to give 5 stars since she is the one that made us make our decision on the spot about selecting that house as our next dream house.
