Morgan @912 Living is more than amazing. We were terrified of working with another realtor after a bad experience with purchasing our home (completely unrelated to 912-Living). We were lucky enough to have Morgan as our realtor in selling our home, I cannot recommend her enough. She presented us with all of the information we would need in order to start the selling process. She gave us all the numbers, and was very straight forward about every single thing that could potentially come up. We loved being informed on every aspect through the entire process. We worked with her for 3-4 months I believe, and she was always available for us to ask questions and kept us updated 100% of the time. She is extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I never questioned the information she provided us. She is very smart, hard working, genuine, and honest. Everything we wanted in someone selling our home! I am very impressed with this entire company and every employee I have met from there. I will always recommend them for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in the Fort Stewart area!

Tessa went above and beyond helping us with finding a home! After something went wrong with our 1st contract due to property line issues, she looked at house after house until we found the perfect one! First impressions are everything, and Danielle did disappoint. I would have expected more professionalism from a rental company. Your employees and the way that they interact with people are a direct reflection of your brand. I will say that the promptness of responses were refreshing. That is rare. The property itself is beautiful and seems very reasonably priced! I just wish that the interaction would have gone differently.
Danielle reached out to me, and we had a beautiful conversation. We were both able to explain our perspectives on the situation. It was genuinely a misunderstanding. Talking to her over the phone definitely changed my mind. I was able to hear just how much her job and customer service means to her and how, in her own way, she was looking out for my best interest. The fact that she took my review seriously and reached out to me to apologize and make things right means the world. That is so hard to find nowadays. I love the way that she handled this.

This team is awesome! I have been with them for going on 2 years and they have been very informative and great with communication. All of my property concerns are handled and they help with both sales and rentals. All payments have been received on time and if there is any concerns they email and call in a timely manner. They are HOA friendly as well.

We contacted Jessica about selling our home and she immediately responded and set up a zoom call for that afternoon to go over everything. She was very informative and personable. We liked everything we heard and decided to go with her to list our house. We had since PCS'd to Missouri so working long distance was different for us but Jessica does this kind of thing all the time. She even worked with our tenant (we self-managed the lease) to help them move on to their next rental. Jessica made sure all repairs were made as well as making the home sparkle from the inside out. The pictures she posted with the listing were phenomenal and made the house look so bright, big, and open. Jessica let us know of all offers submitted daily and urged us to wait just a little bit longer before accepting an offer. We are so glad we took her advice! Jessica made sure any repairs that the buyers needed done after we were under contract, were completed. She went above and beyond to keep our closing on schedule. Because of Jessica and her team's hard work, we were able to sell our home from another state, and profit twice the amount we originally expected. I HIGHLY recommend Jessica and her team with 912 Living!
