No effort in finishing a project properly.
RTS left Palmer Place in a hurry to move on to their next project. They cut corners with all sidewalks in their portion of Palmer Place which are cracked and uneven. RTS did not remove the rebar loops in the sidewalks or their trash and left over supplies. They didn’t even bother to put up street signs or stop signs. Not to mention the missing gate and landscaping to match the opposite entrance.

I cannot say enough about my realtor Allie Bond. She was extremely professional, personable and answered all my questions during the building process. She was extremely helpful at the showroom where we were picking out the color palette and hardware for my home. She was very helpful and kept me up today with photos during the building process. She met me several times at the building site so that I was able to see the progress of my home as it was being built. During the building of my home, I experienced an accident and injured my right hand. As soon as she found out about the accident, she called to check on me and to see if there was anything she could do. To me that shows just how willing she is to go above and beyond just selling me a home. I closed on my house September the 11th and Allie still responds to any phone calls or questions that I have, the follow up is definitely a quality you would want in a realtor. I would definitely recommend Allie and RTS to my family and friends.

Wouldn’t recommend closing until they fix everything they say they will. Communication with warranty department isn’t that great. Numerous emails I have sent didn’t get responded to unless I called and even then some didn’t get a reply. I am not one to rush to get things done as everyone has a schedule, so it was truly irritating to not get even an email back with so much grace/time given in between.

My home is sitting on .8 acre lot and grass was laid over empty spaces in my front yard. A mound with trash was left in front yard and concrete pieces were left in my back yard as well but they were covered by 3 ft tall weeds that they didn’t bother to cut down. I wish I did more prior to closing and my realtor pushed for more when it also came to the state our yard was left in. Needless to say I will hire my own realtor next time. While friendly and communicated great for the most part, not as thorough as I would’ve wanted.

The grass and dirt mound left in front yard are the only things to my knowledge being addressed and no proper date was given, just that they would be out here sometime this week.

A huge truck went through my backyard (they still have construction going on behind our yards) as well and shoved dirt to the side but the warranty department doesn’t seem to want to address that.

There is a huge amount of water that builds up in my backyard and when I contacted them about it, I didn’t hear anything for weeks. The superintendent said it would be as simple as dropping dirt off but the warranty department doesn’t want to do that.

The backyards are not level. With multiple ditches at least a foot deep that my spouse and I have been working to fill.

Their own superintendent also said that they have been having issues with their landscapers yet they clearly aren’t ensuring the quality of their work. The amount of trash left from their workers was just sad. You would think they would want to stand behind their work but blame just gets shifted to their landscapers or the developer.

All in all, if you are military and are too far to make sure things get done, it might be best to stay on post for a bit first and then buy a home. Also would recommend not getting a fence through them. Some fences don’t even cover the entire lot and they charge almost double what the local companies will charge.

(Had it not been the end of the day, I’m confident they would have sent someone even sooner!)

I had the best experience working with Nikki Bond! She is the absolute best. My husband and I were coming from Texas trying to move and do everything virtually and she made it so easy! She answered all our questions and was so great about sending progress pictures and keeping us updated. We had such a positive home buying experience and with a new baby on the way, we could not have done this without her!! Terrible. Never cleaned our house. Never came back to touch up paint. Nails sticking out. Hundreds of cut corners. Roof is leaking. Paint is peeling, electrical is exposed. Terrible company. We keep a very clean house and it’s still falling apart. Imagine if we had kids.
