When it came time to sell our home in Athens in 2021 we called Joe first. We are so glad that we did because as soon as we called him he already had a buyer in mind who was looking for a house featuring the same architectural characteristics as ours. Within 24 hours of that first call our home was under contract at a higher sales price than we would have expected. After moving from Athens to our farm in south Georgia we knew that we wanted a "getaway home" in Athens, so when we got serious about looking (in 2022) we once again put our trust in Joe to be our purchase agent. After a few months of trying to navigate a difficult market Joe helped us find the perfect place. His expertise in negotiation landed us a deal on a wonderful home at a price we were very comfortable with. We honestly couldn't be happier with our decision to use Joe for both real estate transactions because he knows the Athens real estate market backwards and forwards, has an outstanding relationship with other real estate professionals (which means he can make a call and get answers about specific properties within minutes), and he's extremely friendly and honest. While we are friends with many people who sell real estate in Athens, Joe will always be the person we call first because we know, without a doubt, he gets the job done. This is a great company and group of people. Steph and Briggs went out of their way to make my home leasing process smooth and easy. They made sure my house was in impeccable shape upon move in. The online portal used for payments and service requests is a good effective renters platform but their cool office is also accessible if a need arises for some personal attention. I only have good things to say about Nabo and would 100% recommend them for any of their realty services.

There is no other realtor I'd use! I have found the best in the Athens area with Nabo. I've used them for all the houses I've bought and sold.
