I worked with selling agent Kris Kolarich from Southern Classic Realtors. Unfortunately, they wasted nearly two months of my time and ultimately accepted a slightly higher offer from another buyer. They countered my initial offer, which I accepted, but then left it unsigned for months. I was told they were waiting on the bank's management team to sign my offer. They could have denied my offer within a week, which would have been fine.

Please avoid this agency or the agent listed to be working with them unless you want to waste yourt time for them to go and sell the property to someone for little extra money. It is pathetic because 3% commission is so little for them to waste clients time.

Please review the agent's rating in yelp. He is very unprofessional .

Renting from Southern Classic Realtors has been a disappointment. Upon moving in, we were greeted by a backyard buried under two feet of wet leaves, which took months to make tolerable due to persistent mosquito and bug infestations. Despite repeated requests, the landlord couldn't be bothered to provide a simple garage door opener, treating it as a trivial matter.

Throughout our lease, we've faced a laundry list of maintenance issues, from clogged drains to leaking pipes. When I reported water on the floor, the leasing agent dismissed it as condensation, only for us to discover a burst pipe days later.

It often felt like we spent more time supervising repairs and cleaning up the mess of a backyard than enjoying the property. And let's not forget the absurd random request for pictures of every room, I didn't see that in the lease!

Now, as our lease ends, they expect us to play host for showings. Is this really our responsibility? Do I have to offer these people water and engage in small talk as they inspect my residence, even peering into my shower? Isn't this their job?

It's baffling how a property can be effectively managed from 300 miles away. The challenges of remote management were evident throughout our tenancy. Having someone local to oversee the property could lead to better responsiveness and overall tenant satisfaction. I'd strongly recommend reconsidering this remote management approach for the benefit of future tenants.

Overall, dealing with Southern Classic Realtors has been a frustrating experience, marked by a lack of experience, responsiveness and consideration.

My company makes over 3 million a year, making a phone call to one of their agents is a nightmare if your skin is a little darker than theirs you're going to have trouble. I should of known its in georgia in a weird town full old whites. Its 2024 i know a 17yo make 50k a month. Times has change learn to adapt.
