Top Shelf is excellent. They took over our last rental property and when they decided to sell the home we lived in they went above and beyond to get us into another home that met all of our needs and our budget. They are also pet friendly and maintain their properties. The lawn is beautiful and maintenance is always there in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend renting from them.

Top Shelf Property is a wonderful management company. The staff are quick to respond to questions, they are flexible and a joy to work with. Kathy is hands down one the best Property managers that I have ever worked with. She is very understanding and advocats not only for her property owners but also her tenants. Kathy and all of her staff are absolutely amazing. They are prompt and fast with any and all issues that I’ve ever had. & They are all extremely kind ! I am a single mother of two and as most know, that can come with some struggles. Kathy has been understanding and has really shown me grace when she didn’t have to. I’m glad I found this company and highly recommend anyone rent a home from them!

We own some rental properties in Lexington and Frankfort and have worked with Kathy for over a year now. Prior to Kathy, we have managed the properties by ourselves and with other property management firms. By far, Kathy has been the best solution for us.

There are so many great things about working with her. She is a great communicator and is accessible via text, email or call. She is a self motivated problem solver and will not only promptly notify you of an issue, but will also present you with viable solutions. She is attentive to our properties and ensures that appropriate and competent maintenance/repairs are performed so that our investment is well taken care of and that the renter safe and satisfied with their home.
