On Friday June 28th I came in the office to get tags on my vehicle. When I got there it was closer to closing time than I expected due to traffic. I was trying to get tags so I could take my son to Piedmont First care for his asthma. My insurance had not kicked in yet so I had to call and get a binder from them faxed which took even longer. Everyone in the office was so kind and understanding and very patient. Even though it was beyond their time to go home they still finished out my transaction. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding.
