I have contacted 7 Kubota dealers in 3 different states looking for detailed info on a XG-850. Well the search is over after talking to Trey Jones at Southern Tractor and Outdoors. This man know his business!
All dealers should be required to know the products they represent. Many I talked to were guessing and assuming the answers to my questions. When I asked if they would find the exact answers for me,they made me feel like I was troubling them.Not so with Trey Jones he spent all the time needed with me. if your looking for a good deal and honest answers contact Trey. You will NOT be disappointed.He knows his stuff!

Took my tractor to have it serviced after they assured me several times that it was under warranty until December of 2022 for the specified part they were replacing. My tractor is currently sitting at this location torn apart because they are now saying that the part that was verified to be under warranty several times before even taking my tractor up there-is now supposedly not covered by warranty. This is the SECOND time this has happened. They claim its under warranty and then charge you thousands of dollars when you go to pick it up because it was suddenly not under warranty. So thanks to Southern Tractor & Outdoors of Leesburg I now have a $40,000 paper weight that has a warranty on it until December of 2022 that literally isn't worth the paper it's printed on (even though they'll tell you it covers everything several times). TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
