We ended up not using them for now but Bambi was very responsive and explained how they work. They came recommended and we would have used them, and may still, if our neighbor had not come over and rented our house.

I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed in this Agency. Red flag #1 that I shoulda picked up on is when visiting their office to sign paperwork and it was unorganized and cluttered, red flag #2 is reporting after only seven weeks of living there that there was a roach and termite infestation and was told it was up to me to take care of but as a courtesy gave a one time treatment which didn’t help, and red flag #3 have place numerous maintenance requests/ emails to the owner of leesburg for rent about Legit repair on the Celling that is now hanging down and almost a year later has not been fixed. If your looking at this agency thinking your gonna get good landlord /tenant no BS and gets the job done with no haste or hassle kinda agency look elsewhere.

We are satisfied with renting from Leesburg for rent. They are always flexible and trying their best to help the tenant out when needed. They have no problem compromising to get the best result for both them and us.

Their doors are closed to the public presumably due to Covid. I have water dripping from Ac vent in bathroom also mold on it. I was told it is a housekeeping issue.
We had a lawn person that kept showing up. The first time we were told it was the landlord that sent him because code enforcement had tgreaten to fine her. We had just moved in also had mowed the lawn already. Come to find out the Realty company had hired them to come out. Paid them a lump sum to mow lawn. They hadn't finished their contract with them. So they mowed the lawn after we had done it several times.
They only work from 10 am to 3 Monday thru Thursday. Fridays they supposedly work from home.
Last place I rented had Rats in the whole building and cockroaches. They did spray for cockroaches. I was told the rats was a tenant problem. Tenants are responsible for pests.

This is by the best rental company I have ever gone through. Whenever I have a problem they are quick to send someone out and fix it either the same day or the next. They are very understanding as long as you keep them in the loop of whatever is going on. I couldn't be more happier with the way they handle things and all the ladies in the office are super nice!

I've used Leesburg for Rent for a duplex I own for several years. They've always done a great job keeping my units rented and the repair costs, when needed, were always fair. Their monthly statements can be confusing, but their year-end statements have always been clear - just what i need for taxes. I would definitely recommend Leesburg for Rent.
