No one calls you back. Rude secretary that couldn't help either. She states all she can do is send you back to their voicemail. Good luck selling something with them.

The agent we were working with could have been much nicer. We weren't driving a fancy car like she was and were dressed casually. She treated us poorly. She assumed we couldn't afford the property based on how we looked. Little did she know we contacted another company that took over for the home owners and now own the property! Hopefully she learned something and won't judge people because of their appearance in the future.

Am looking for rental properties between the $750-$1000/mo range and they had a couple decent looking ones.

The unit itself I looked at seemed well maintained, in a nice area, and fairly priced, but the staff are so rude I decided to look elsewhere.

I was talked to condescendingly and felt like I completely ruined their day by trying to do business with them. I tried to bring an issue I had with a front door using the key they gave me, just as a courtesy to let them know. I was told "Well I guess you don't know how to open doors because it worked fine for me". Absolutely unacceptable.

If this is how they treat potential revenue generators, I can't imagine how they treat their tenants.

I went in today to inquire about a property for lease. The ladies did not speak and was very rude. I felt extremely unwelcome. I gave one of the women $20 key deposit to go and look at the property, she didn’t even want me to touch her hand. She also stated very rudely to have the key back in one hour. I’m unsure if it was because my race and the property that I was interested in is in a very high end neighborhood. However l have serval businesses I could buy the property if I wanted to. I took the key back, and that was that . I will not recommend anyone of color to rent from this company. Also if I could have given this company zero stars I most definitely would have.

Albany Realty has amazing staff, I’ve rented from them for 4 years and if i have a problem
They fix it within hours. They are a great rental company. I love Sabrina that works there. She is an asset to that company.

Poor customer service, especially at the main office. Make sure you take pictures and video if you decide to rent from them, their objective is not to give your deposit back and fix issues that were there before you rented. Never again.
