I traveled 68 miles to get moving van. I made reservations 2 weeks before I needed. I also had gotten an email confirmation from these people. When I got there they had other moving vans. But the man had said they were reserved for Amazon and he would not have any time soon. I sat for over an hour calling places to get a moving van. I ended up getting one 40 miles of Leesburg. I paid more,but I won't recommend these people.

Reserved a truck rental at this location for Saturday, May 25. We drove 5 1/2 hours to come to Georgia to pick up this rental truck to continue on Americus Georgia to move our son home from college. When we arrived at the facility there was a note on the door stating that it was closed and would not reopen until Tuesday the 28th. They never reached out to tell us they would be closed for that weekend or to cancel our reservation. Tried to call the local office went straight to voicemail. Received numerous emails from this location, reminding us of our reservation prior to coming to Albany, Georgia. We had to search for a rental vehicle in that area on Memorial day weekend ended up having to go through U-Haul. Tried to call to talk to someone at this location today and the gentleman did not want to speak to me about anything and told me he had to go and did not want to hear what I had to say and hung the phone up on me.
Do not use this facility that’s why they are. Two star ratings. Zero customer service!!!!

Literally I had an appointment to pickup my moving truck at 11 am on Saturday and they were closed…. I called, left VM & emailed them still no response. Very unreliable. Do not book a budget truck in Albany, GA. 0/10 do not recommend!!!

This place is a joke please do not rent a truck from them! I made a reservation they did not close until 5 I arrived way before 5 and they were close they are inconsiderate!!! I will report them unprofessional if it says 5 do not leave earlier or at least notify the customer!!!

Great place to store items. U use a code in an out. They even rent moving trucks. Also they are clean an kept up. Climate control. They have what u need to store an moving needs

Does not answer the phone. Leave a message and its days before they return calls. Heaven forbid you miss their call because they will not leave a message stating they are returning your call. You really need to look into who you have operating your business. It's slowly being ruined.
