I've had the same experience with Ealum Estates. The Ealum's are disrespectful, rude, unprofessional people. They want their rent money on the 1st of every month not a day later but when you call them for work repairs on their property they won't respond. Within 1 year of living in one of their units we had faulty wiring which started a fire in the middle of the night with my kids and I asleep. The air conditioner sparked flames through the vents and we were given 1 window a.c. unit for a 3 bedroom trailer for 3 weeks. The hot water heater burst leaving us with water damage. They never reimbursed us. Albany Utilities came out because my water bill was sky high. Found out the pipes under the home were leaking, no fault of ours. The Ealum's were contacted and informed of problem. They sent out a shade tree repairman that just patched things up didn't fix it so within a month we had the same problem only this time had a pool under the home. They never reimbursed me for the utility bills that were because of their faulty plumbing. THESE PEOPLE ARE SLUM LORDS.... BE AWARE
