This is a terrible property management company and I do not recommend renting from or allowing them to manage property. When I moved in I had to immediately replace light bulbs, clean the oven, carpets not changed for five years. There was a wooden deck my father fell through because it was so rotted. There was a leak in the bathroom that they had “fixed” four times and it still had mold growing. The front desk changed multiple times and they gentlemen that runs rental department is always unreachable. If you take pride in your home being kept up, stay away. Renters beware- if there is an issue they do not have good contractors to help at all and then they take your deposit. I’ve never lost a deposit in my life until dealing with this terrible company.

Also, the realtors here are not good either. There was a cash purchase on a property I made and the realtor, Marcy couldn’t even get the bid in on time to win it and blamed the other company when that was her job.

Real estate agent used whom I shall not name was not in our favor at all. We did find the house we wanted , however the agent seemed to be in the sellers favor! Even so much so that the sellers told me this exact statement! The sellers and I did negotiating during the closing of the deal. She aggravated the procedure terribly, was not a good experience.The agent was always to far ahead of herself, seemed to be to focused upon the payday instead of making sure buyers were taken care of. Paperwork issues one after another.When we asked to see homes she would tell us they were off market then we would go and see them ourselves.We almost went with another agent but decided to stay with her. We should’ve followed our first mind. During closing she displayed nasty attitude. She grabbed the check and blurted nice home as she got in her car never to so much as say thanks for buying the home. If you use this company In Albany,Ga make sure you get a good agent, because this particular one did not provide a good experience.

The people at Walden & Kirkland are unfailingly nice. Mr. Walden took me on as a tenant because of a statement I made to him at the time of our meeting : "I have bad credit, but a good rental history." He couldn't have been nicer to me. W & K have gotten rid of mold that was growing in the home in which I now live. The mold was detrimental to my grandson's healtrh. Theyve always been good to me. I would've liked to stay with them, but their rental list is slim right now. Thanks, Walden & Kirkland!

Nightmare managing rental property. Let a tenant move in without clearing deposit check first and didn't tell us it bounced 1st month rent never came. Lowell was late to court to set eviction date so had to wait for another date to be set. Long story short, people lived in our house for 3 months, had random teenagers move in to go to school in that school district, all for free At the expense of me. Now can't be found and they could care less.

I was a long time customer of Walden and Kirkland, due to poor business practices they ended up costing me. Since then I have had to take my business elsewhere.

I tried several times to contact them and work with them to rectify my issues however they failed to even return any of my calls to discuss my concerns.
