If you're a first time home buyer, or someone who's purchased homes before, Jimmy Whaley is undoubtedly the absolute best realtor in the real estate business. Mr. Whaley is the textbook definition of a realtor who will always work for your best interest. I contacted Mr. Whaley having no idea about the home buying process. I had constant questions, Mr. Whaley had never ending answers. Day, night, rain, shine, Mr. Whaley was always just one text or phone call away. In times of stress during the home buying process, Mr. Whaley was always there to provide guidance and handle all negotiations to provide me with a new home at the lowest cost and with the home in the best condition possible. Mr. Whaley helped me find my perfect home and was able to have keys in my hand in approximately 34 days. Couldn't have asked for a more friendly, motivated, helpful, and knowledgeable realtor. Mr. Whaley will unquestionably be who I contact if I ever need to sell my home or buy another.
