This is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. Cora is incompetent and should quit and lula b is too old and need to retire. Lula is rude and have no patience. Cora is suppose to manage property for owners and do a horrible job. One of my rentals have been empty since nov of last year because there incompetent selfs could not find a local cleaning company to handle this.
I live in Atlanta and had to come all the way to Albany to clean it myself. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not use this horrible company.

Lula,

I am VERY disappointed in your management skills. In our conversation you came across as a nice and professional person, yet your actions did NOT backed your words. After being in your office for 2 hours going over all the plans for a simple house and signing a Management Agreement with you, you sent us back a letter cancelling it a week later. No courtesy call, no explanation, NO REASON AT ALL.
The entire purpose of operating a management company is that you can manage properties, yet you proved to be incapable of doing it.

If a simple eviction is TOO MUCH for you to handle perhaps it's time to move on to a different business.

Clearly you prefer to be seen in your Mercedes rather than provide a valuable service to your customers. This mentality is BAD for BUSINESS.

I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with you. VERY INCOMPETENT! 1 Star rating is not low enough to describe your performance and the performance of your company under our Management Agreement.

I was interested in purchasing a property Lula had listed in Albany, so I set up a time to see it. The entire experience was unpleasant and unprofessional, as Lula had stated what the rental income was over the phone, but it was significantly lower than what she had initially told me. I can't think of a single way that this was miscommunicated; she either lied or was clueless as to what the rental amounts were. I had texted and tried to call the morning of our appointment to confirm, especially because the units were occupied, but she didn't answer or respond. I later emailed her requesting to back out of the contract, and not only did she not provide the documents releasing me from the purchase of the property, she tried to be argumentative and emailed me a screenshot of our initial proposed time to view the property from a week prior. This was very uncalled for, as I had several showings that day and every other realtor either immediately responded to me confirming the time for the day, or even called or texted me first to confirm, so that no one was wasting their time. I would absolutely avoid her both as a realtor and as a rental company, as she has a poor attitude, poor communication, is unprofessional, and doesn't even use an electronic platform to e-sign documents.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNORGANIZED. The actual OWNER,omg! This is not a Christian establishment. The way they talk to you. CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWFUL. I'm a strong believer in KARMA..and I only PRAY to my Heavenly Father - I put it your hands Lord!
