I found a home online that I was really interested in. This company was the listing agent. I called on a Friday twice and left two messages during business hours. I received no return call. I called on Saturday once. Left a message on their answering service on their cell phone. No response or call back. Finally Monday...I called different cell phone numbers they had listed on their website. Neither Tambi, Blake or Jean would return the call. Finally I contacted another agent at a different office and she sent over an email and they responded immediately. I had a list of about 20 questions pertaining to the home (the listing they made had very little information...someone didn't take any time to make one). And I got one word responses back. Most answers were I don't know. Isn't it your job as the agent to research and get the answers to the buyer in order to help your client sell their home fast? Not with shiver and Williams. They simply don't care. Very non -descriptive listing. They didn't even bother showing pictures of anything on the second floor. They wouldn't give solid answers About anything and we're unwilling to even try to get the answers. They said they would give additional photos. They never sent them. I wouldn't buy or sell my property through these people. It's ridiculous.

Blake is very knowledgeable and professional. He makes the selling process easy. I would recommend Blake to anyone who is buying/selling. He answered all of my questions and has a lot contacts if needing repairs, etc.
