Edit: After Joanne called to apologize for the situation, I'm updating from a 1 to a 2- still issues and red flags with Ronnie and such, but at least she's professional, knows when they messed up and is willing to apologize. Use caution and try to go through Joanne herself.

My boyfriend was contacted by Ronnie and scheduled a tour for a week later on a Saturday afternoon. Ronnie assured that "as long as no one calls you before Saturday, you're still good". Saturday rolls around and we arrive 10 minutes early, 5 or 10 minutes after the hour, we called both Ronnie and Joanne - neither one answered the phone. By 20 after, still no call and no one arrived. Checked the zillow ad and it's been sold. A 2 minute call would've been a show of professionalism, but they couldn't even manage that.
I've dealt with a lot of realtors in the last month and a half - including a man who showed us a house completely barefoot - and they are by far the worst.
