They intentionally moved to Leesburg to impose that extra fee when paying online and to my fellow victims document, and fix it yourself and take the receipt instead of the rent money when the owner gets tired of not getting rent they'll start fixing stuff since they drag they feet on fixing stuff and it's legal and get the tenant and landlord hand book and you can legally hold them accountable I wonder what theyll want the most money or receipts

Not 1 Star ! The Office People Have Very Nasty Attitudes, Talks Rudely, And Will Hang Up In Your Face. The Maintenance People Have Not Fixed My Cabinets Yet. They Came To Tear The White Paint Off To See What Exact Color They Needed (Literally Yanked And Tore It Off) Said They We’re Coming Back The Same Day But Never Came Back. I Put In Multiple Work Orders For Maintenance Since January 2023; It’s Now June.The Cabinets Still Look The Same. (Very Unprofessional) They Will Ignore Your Calls On Purpose, Because They Are Nasty. They Hate Fixing Stuff, But Are Quick To Give You A Charge. Please Don’t Waste Your Time With This Management. BAM SHOULD STAND FOR BULLSH.T A** MANAGEMENT; Because That’s Exactly What It Is. SERIOUSLY! WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN GEORGIA !

This the most recent review and I hope people see this and understand this isn’t a good rental company my wife was pregnant and there was a snake in the house she called the company for help at least and all they was worry about was some grass. Then they don’t want to fix anything also if you locked out the house they charge $50 to come open the boss dude only want cash like bam do not care about you or you living situation so be careful if you renting from them

Reading these reviews I'm shocked to say the least. I've never had a problem with them. They respond quickly to any repairs if needed which is rare because my house is very well kept. I usually email them and attach a picture of what need to be done. Keith the maintence guy and Billy (the previous) is respectful,
and friendly. The ladies in the office I seldom come in contact with because I drop off my rent and email any repairs. I've spoken to them a few times over the phone and they were very professional and kind to me. I'm grateful for the positive experiences.

NOT ONE STAR.... These people gave me the run around about a 2bedrrom 2bathrrom town house, for 2 days just to tell me my application was denied. the 1st reason was my income is close to not meeting the their requirement. But I have two job, my first job I bring home 1200 to 1300 every two weeks, my other job I bring home 486 every two weeks.

I'm not understanding how that not making 3 times the rent, the monthly rent on the town house is 1075. The second reason was a car repossession that was not mines. But I explain that to him before I put in my application. He did explain to me that he didn't look at those thing.

He was only looking to see if I had any old utilities bills or did I have any other rent property that I could own money too.

My rental history is great, they even call my last landlord, who only had great thing to stay about me as a tenant.

The reason why my application was denied, makes no sense to me at all. I guess I need to look for something around 800.

There were two incidents that kept me from giving this company all five stars. There was a discrepancy with rental payment, but the situation was rectified & payment was located. ( Just make sure when you deliver your payment for rent you follow up) But what really took the icing is how they sold the apartment complex with no notice, no information, like literally dropped us and left. I feel like that should have been handled in a more professional manner on both parties. On another note I had little to none maintenance issues & when I did the office staff was friendly and assisted and helped with the problem. I would definitely recommend better communication tactics & keeping your tenants informed. Overall it was an ok experience.

The Maintenance People Will Leave Your Property Trashed And Unprofessional.They Left My Door Wide Open When They Left…Didn’t Let Me Know They Were Finished Or Anything. Just Disappeared. Maintenance Problem Still Not Fixed. Called The Office And They Had An Attitude About Me Telling Them The Issue. This Management Needs To Be Shut Down Immediately. 0 Stars.

I Hate I Ever Got This House From BAM (Bullsh*t A** Management).
The Office Staff Is So Unprofessional And Disrespectful. The Maintenance Workers Aren’t Qualified. The Manager Brian Always Says Call If You Need Help Or Anything But The Office Never Answers The Phone. This Is Literally A Scam Management. I ENCOURAGE YOU DOCUMENT EVERY TIME YOU CALL OR EMAIL THEM ABOUT ANY ISSUES; BECAUSE YOU MIGHT END UP WANTING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT.
