Susan and Rob Robinson took on the challenge of finding us a home on Signal Mountain despite our living in Houston, Texas at the time. We were not the ideal clients. We were lackadaisical in our approach, unsure about whether we wanted to buy or build, and I kept surfing real estate listings, calling Susan, and then changing my mind about what I wanted and where I wanted it. We had the pleasure of working with Rob to find our home. We are new to Chattanooga and Rob took the time to explain the in-and-outs of all of the neighborhoods with special attention paid to our particular likes/dislikes such as proximity to rock climbing (Rob was one of the major developers of climbing in the area).
