I have complained for the past 3 years about having to turn my heat on to get hot water to take a shower. It is another year and hot outside and still have to turn my heat on. Not only is my apartment extra hot but my electric bill is higher. I have emailed the office , I have talked to management and no results. I reported to the office that the upstairs tenant that just moved in came to my door with a gun because I was not OK with hearing her kids run back and forth all day. I reported that to the office and all was said was can I give her a copy of the police report, because I did call the police. So now i live downstairs from some young girl that thinks she can just come to my door with her gun. Sounds safe right! Nothing has been done. I do not feel heard or any sense of urgency or concern from the management. Nothing has changed but the rent each year. My car has been vandalized by kids that run around the parking lot etc...

Refused to renew my mother’s lease, claiming a police report around our home but not related to us at all as the reason. When questioned, they stated it was simply a mistake in writing. Later, when we had been moving, we had to take a break for a few days due to my mother’s tire flattening. When we visited our home again on the 27th of March, our doors had been locked. Two days later, me and my father visited and found that our belongings had been removed: Before my mother said the lease had ended.

We really enjoy living here. It’s a great environment for us and our 2 children. The lady in the office is always so kind and takes care of everybody that comes in. The maintenance guys always fix anything that’s needed and I constantly see them picking up trash and making this place clean and safe for everyone. It’s a great place to be.

A couple of weeks ago I left a negative review based on the numerous problems that I had with my unit. The main office took notice of this and was in contact with me the next business day. They made sure that every issue I had was taken care of and fixed in a timely manner. We have been here a very long time and have seen many owners come through but this is the first time we have actually had our problems addressed and taken care of. I truly hope that this is a sign for where the complex is going.

We have lived at the Cove for a little over a year. The office and maintenance staff have been wonderful to work with. They do a really good job maintaining the apartments and property. I would highly recommend The Cove if you are looking for an Apartment.

I've lived here since 2022. The new management is absolutely amazing. Maintenance has greatly improved and are over all friendly. Any questions or concerns are answered within a reasonable time frame.

I have left two voicemails on the office line. I have not received my security deposit yet, although we verified we were receiving it through the agent. It has been over the 30 day period of receiving it. I know the complex tried to take out August pro-rated rent although it was already paid for. Throughout our lease we moved in taking an album of 55 pictures of damages that were from previous tenants and NEVER fixed. It appears that they are with-holding our deposit and that they do not cut the checks in office.

My family and I have been a member of this community for nearly six years after moving from Atlanta. There have been many changes in our community over that time, including recently a new name. The new company that has taken over has given many new upgrades and cares about the community. Rachel Hoover is a great manager and the maintenance are top notch in my opinion. No community is perfect, but I fit in perfect as this is my home and look forward to many more years as long as they will have me.
