I moved in four years ago and am completely happy with the exceptional living arrangement. The office Ladies are amazing, the maintenance is quick to respond to needs. I feel completely comfortable and safe at all hours of the day and night. Savannah Springs is all about keeping the property clean, up to date and safe for all their tenants. I appreciate all the staff here at Savannah Springs!

Savannah Springs Apartments is the new owners of Glen Ridge townhomes in East Ridge. Since moving in 4 years ago we have been through 3 other owners; and Savannah springs is absolutely the best ones we have had!!! If we have absolutely anything that needs fixed they are on it! It’s truly been a blessing to finally have someone who cares about their tenants! If I could give 1000 ⭐️🌟⭐️ I would with no hesitation!

Just moved here and I am not exaggerating when I say this is the most at home I’ve ever felt. I was so nervous about having to move into another apartment because my last landlords were literally slumlords and didn’t care about anything.
I love it here!! The neighbors are nice and it’s so quiet, plus there other kids that play around during the day which makes it feel safer going out to play with my 4 year old. I had one small issue and the maintenance guy came right the next day with a whole new appliance. Toni was so nice and made the whole process of moving a breeze!

I moved here in late December and have zero complaints!! The townhomes are energy efficient and very spacious. Maintenance (Clyde) keeps everything working properly and responds quickly. The property manager (Shandi) is very nice and she always answers any questions I may have. I think the difference is the new owner and it really shows how one person can make such a huge difference! They are upgrading the property and actually care about their tenants and staff! I have saved a lot of money living at Savannah Springs plus it's convenient to everything and very quiet. I'd recommend this place 100 times over!

We’ve lived her for 11 years and love it. The office manager and maintenance staff have always been wonderful to us. We love the spacious floor plan of the two bedroom townhouse and the many closets that are there. It’s centrally located and takes minutes to get to LFO and Walmart. I do wish there were more available parking spaces for guests but this is a small thing. I’ve always felt safe living here and coming and going at night. We’ve never had any issues. Any maintenance issues are always resolved the same day. I would recommend to anyone. I’ve seen many people come and go over the years, not even fulfilling their lease and I imagine that has a lot to do with some of these negative reviews.

This is an honest review intended to (hopefully) provide helpful feedback. I lived in these apartments for a year. The landlord was very appeasing before I moved in, however, that changed. He usually seemed "irritated" if I called or emailed him about various issues. I followed protocol about putting maintenance requests in only to have them completed a month or later. Much of the time they were not completed at all. Before I moved in, there was a leaky toilet that needed to be fixed (on my water bill of course), and maintenance did not come in for weeks to fix it. I resulted in buying a new toilet seat thinking they would fix the leak at some point. They came in and took the entire toilet without telling me! I purchased a nice seat, and when I contacted the landlord, I was told to submit a receipt for the seat and I would be reimbursed (never happened). Instead, (without once again telling me anything) they put a a new toilet in and replaced the seat (with a lesser version of what I had). The refrigerator needed to be replaced badly. I put in several requests only to be told they would replace it. Never was replaced. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy. I had to clean it myself. Several things were not working that I replaced myself. When I moved out, I went the extra mile to make sure it was clean for whomever was to move in after me. I had 4 people to clean that apartment. I received less than half of my deposit back. When I emailed the landlord about it, no response. There was some illegal things going on next door, and when the landlord was confronted with this issue, I was told, he couldn't do anything. It was left up to me to file a police report, thus putting myself in danger. He didn't offer to help or anything. With all that negative, I did appreciate the landscaping. Before you decide to move in these apartments, please please do your research.

This place is a joke!!!! When I was looking at it prior to signing the lease I was showed a townhouse that was not ready yet. I could see beyond the dirt, cleanliness and maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. When I went back to the office after viewing the townhouse I was assured this would all be addressed and taken care of prior to my move in date. I was given the keys a week prior to my move in date. I came to the apartment on the day I was scheduled to move in only to find the apartment was NOT move in ready. No maintenance issues were addressed and the only cleaning that was done was the microwave and the box removed from the living room. I had to delay my move in date for a week because of this. I spoke to the manager, and was assured these issues would be addressed BEFORE my new move in day. Low and behold I arrive with my uhal only to find NONE of the isses were addressed. It took over a month and 6 conversations and finally threatening to deduct the amount of repairs off my rent to get the repairs made.

Maintenance entered my apartment without notifying me on one occation.

The last and final thing. I Received a letter from a debt collector in regards to a bill from Savannah Springs. However I never received a bill. At the end of October 2015 I personally spoke to the manager face to face about moving out early. In our conversation she stated she understood and wished me luck. I instructed her that I would like a final walk through at 11am on Friday November 6th to inspect the apartment and discuss a final bill. In that conversation the manager never mentioned any additional fees or rent that would be due. The manager never came at 11am Friday the 11th. It took me having to go to the office at approx 2PM to tell her to do a walk through. During the walk through she stated that "this is kinda pointless as we never did a walk through when you moved in." We continuted anyways, agreeing that there were no damages and that I made improvements in the home. During the entire duration of the walk through she never mentioned any fees or additional rent due. She asked me to sign the walk through agreeing there were no damages. She told me I was all set and have a safe drive. Yesterday 12/2/2015 I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying I have been turned over to them by Savannah Springs Apartments/Coronado Company for over $1,100. Number 1, you cannot send me to collections when I HAVE NOT received a bill from YOU. Number 2, your manager told me I was all set and never made mention of any fees/rent due. Number 3, you sent me to collections and I vacated the apartment LESS than 30 days ago.

We moved here at the end of April and love it! Manager went above and beyond to help us get in quickly. Maintenance has always responded in a timely manner and is always friendly. It's a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
