I visited an elderly member from my church and the area she lived in was quiet. It was mid day so I can’t speak on any night activity in the area or if it’s always quiet at all times. The lawn was cut and little to no trash was seen around her apartment perimeter.

0 Stars should be an option. I've never in my life had a single person treat me so badly as Nicole Herndon treated me, my guest and family. She belittles people and she is very unprofessional. She refused me on having a pet and said other people can have pets but she felt that a pet would be another problem for me. I pay on time, never missed a payment. My house is clean but she always finds a problem with me and every day I dred the phone ringing because I'm afraid it's her calling. I've talked with other DHA people and they tell me that I'm not alone. She sends older people nasty letters and always threatening to kick you/them out. Also, my neighbor and others that live around me have the same disability that I have and my rent keeps going up and they keep getting lower payments. I could go on and on but it's probably useless, just like when I call and report her. They do nothing. She doesn't have the temperament for her job and someone needs to do something about it.
