Susie Evert is truly a gem to work with. My husband and I moved to Gainesville from out of state and I don’t know what we would have done without her amazing skills and helpful attitude.

At our initial phone conversation, she quickly captured what we were looking for and started to send us potential listings and sought our feedback so she could better understand our needs.

She also took the time, throughout the process, to explain the real estate market in this area, GA real estate law, timelines etc.
During the entire process Susie always kept us informed through every step. We always felt confident knowing “Susie is on it” and nothing would fall between the cracks.

When the home inspection results came back Susie really shone. She is very creative and has a ton of resources and ideas at her fingertips.
