I have recently moved into my new apartment on 306 East Moore st. From start to moving into my newly renovated apartment the staff at Wellington-Rowell properties have been absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Great business! The maintenance guys are awesome. Whenever I contact the office they always take care of me and send someone over right away. Most of the people I have heard complain don’t take care of their stuff and don’t pay their rent. The tenants I know that have had issues with bugs is cuz they nasty. I clean my house and take care of my stuff and I have never had an issue with bugs. I have never had an issue with Wellington
so far good experience.

Constant issues with the office about late payments when it's not late. We have a lady that we use the water from that likes to drive around and/or send letters threatening to shut the water off if you're 1 day late whether you been here for 5 years or 5 weeks. Just a very cold group of people that only want money and don't want to have to fix ANYTHING even after your trailer has been tore up by a hurricane. They get the 2 stars I gave because they are quick to send out maintenance for minor issues like ac unit freezing up, etc....

Lease currently up with 2 children .. I went to do an app for a house I needed to immediately move in .. me and my sister . My check stubs were confirmed and they accused my sister check stubs of being fake . Another lady was yelling in the back of the phone accusing us of fake check stubs and when I said they were not and to reach out to the employer they were confirmed real . I was told I would get a call back and never did after speaking with them 11 that morning . So later that day around 4:30 my sister received a call stating she was approved for the house and I still had not received a call . Their office closes at 5 so instead of telling us to bring deposit now the lady tells my sister they close at 5 so we’re thinking that meant bring the deposit in the next day . The next day we come in with money order we were told they gave our house away 20 minutes before we walked in without even so much as a call . I asked to speak with a manager and they went and got a unprofessional “assistant manager” named Vanessa who then told me that they called a few people at the SAME TIME and told them all that they were approved for the house including us as if they wanted everyone to pull up at the same time and fight about a house or something when they could have just reached out to 1 person at a time to prevent that issue . I walked out and then walked back in to get the assistant managers name and was greeted by another “assistant manager” and I then asked for her name and the previous person that I spoke with name because she walked to the back and no longer wanted to speak with me or at least help after telling her everything I’ve been through and that me and my kids had to be gone out of the current house we are in this week . They wee not concerned , they did not care and they profiled me and my sister . This is not a company to rent from at all. It is so ridiculous and unprofessional. The picture I am posting below is what’s hanging up in there office . How did someone get a lease signed 20 minutes before we got there after being told we were approved the previous day at CLOSING time . as stated before we were profiled . First because we were told some check stubs were fake that were not(they confirmed) also because we were being ignored and yelled at on the phone when calling. I asked for a MANAGER not an ASSistant who doesn’t care if we even had anywhere to go. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE

First let me say I am not being paid for this review. Second let me say, in the 10 or so Year's we have been Renting from Wellington Rowell, Not one Maintenance Person has Stolen Anything. I have used them all at one point or another. They are honest people just trying to support a Family. Third, They will treat you right if you treat them right. After all, it's a Business. Third, The Ladies in the office are Awesome, they do all they can do to help resolve any problems that arise. After the Hurricane everyone worked long hours to get everyone living comfortable as fast as they could. They are still cleaning up. I really enjoy renting from them after we retired and sold our last house in 2012. I couldn't ask for a better place to rent at an Affordable Price. 👍😎

Wellington-Rowell Properties is a company who truly cares about their tenants and they pride themselves on maintaining their properties. This company is highly recommended for both quality and affordability.

This is BOGUS!!! They made us write this crap! Everything written in the original review is the complete and absolute OPOSITE of how things really happen behind you're back, so be careful.

There posting a place for rent in Valdosta that currently has a tree thru it from hurricane . I’ve heard nothing but bad things .
