Found this beautiful home while driving by in the area. The model and great neighborhood caught my attention quick. Spoke with the community manager Briana, who was very lovely by the way. She was able to share her knowledge about this home and set me up with an appointment to look more into it. Thank you Briana for making my quick lunch break stop worthwhile. I was very pleased with the overall look and feel of Summerwell community, very welcoming and a neighborhood-like atmosphere just minutes away from the airport. I was impressed with the amenities, renovated appliances, and spacious bathrooms. Briana was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to get to know us and showed us all around the building, answering any questions we had. Prior to our arrival, Briana was very responsive, making sure everything was set up for my tour. We look forward to making the Summerwell our new home!

First and foremost, this property is beautiful!! Very clean, quiet and well put! The homes are spacious, ranging from ranch style to two story for families of all sorts. The community manager, Briana, was very welcoming, warm smile, genuine, and willing to assist with any question or request! Her service is part of the reason Im applying.

Love,love, love these homes to say the least!! Beautiful interior and exterior!! Clean and seem to be pretty quiet. Beautiful neighborhood. Spoke with Briana who was very polite and professional. Time and effort was definitely put in the design. Im looking forward to renting in the near future.
