the amount of stress I have seen in on my friend’s mom trying to move out of 341 Baggett Circle was so dismantling to begin with. The house needs so much work and the company never actually even tried. I am so glad I helped her get saved from this terrible situation that she was put in. Let alone that she barely has any time or help to move out of this house that she has lived in here for 10 years. this company seriously needs a lot of new management and understanding on how to handle their customers.

SCAM SCAM!!!!! Be mindful of who you apply too… I got approved for 1143 Spring Creek Cir, Griffin, GA 30223 we was originally wanting to move April 1 however we was told that wasn’t possible… so we agree on April 12 and I sign a lease for this day on April 8 and was suppose to meet them April 12… they wanted money up front and I express my concern with that the house being for sale also because the lease said the can terminate anytime with no money back… then the came back and said house not available because the natural gas needs to be inspected but lease say it’s all electric… Thank God we had other options Because after seeing the reviews of how they treat their tenets. We definitely dodged a bullet… do not apply definitely felt they was trying to scam me… Never give money upfront without a key….

Had a meeting scheduled with one of there realtors and she never showed. The address i was supose to meet her at was occupied and has been occupied for 2 weeks. When I called said realtor she was rude and never called me back.

I live in one of We Partners home and I’ve never had a worse experience in my life. Our plumbing is always backed up and they don’t want to spend money on getting the problem fixed permanently especially after living in this home for 7 years paying the additional $500 on our rent. I explained to John that this house sucks because we have poop coming up the drains in tub and water coming from under the toilet living mold behind every time. John suggested that I end my lease instead of trying to fix the problem permanently. They only send people out to check the problem and then they only pay for a fixer upper. Please do not get trapped with this company.

WARNING!!! This rental agency deserves no STARS, I lived in a unit for 9 years NEVER LATE ON MY RENT. I had friend actually help out with keeping up with the properties landscape. Long story short they didn't want to re new my lease and wanted me out. Fine but if I'm not mistaken after 9 years apts have wear an tear on top of the unknown pest I had to beg them to come out an control. (I have recipients) So they are now on my credit report for missing light bubs and broken blinds ( which I purchased)So disappointed in the realtor.. I repeat DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!

My only complaint now we had to pay for the pool to be set up. The property manager sold the rental to us with pool setup included. Apparently that wasn't the case we had to pay for it. One star removal, otherwise great company.

This management company is the worst I’ve ever seen and I’ve been working in this industry myself for 10years! I moved out March 2023 as of today 5/31/23 I’m still being charged rent! I was never late and never missed a payment but now I’m going to have this on my credit and rental history. I have been emailing, calling, texting, and I get nothing, not even an automatic response email. I had to mail the keys to this company because nobody would meet me to do proper move out. And I still don’t know if they received them or not.
A tree fell a few weeks back and my old neighbor called me to inform “we partner group” and guess what?! NO ONE HAS EVEN RESPONDED TO THAT
At this rate I’m going to have to file a civil suit against them in order to get the landlord debt removed from my credit

They don’t pay their contractors. They avoid calls and hang up on you. We’re placing liens on three of their properties and we have the documentation to back it up.

***UPDATE***
We finally received payment for the open invoices. It took a lien notice and the cost of the lien notice at our expense, but it is now paid. Thank you for your payment.
