We just sold our home of over 35 years with Angel and Natalie (The Sweet Team) and it couldn't have gone any better! Prior to listing it, they did a thorough walk through and gave us some great suggestions as to what we could do to spiff things up - little things that we overlooked after living there for so long. From day one, Angel Miller was focused on doing everything possible to sell our home in the shortest amount of time. She immediately got an amazing photographer out to the house, and the pictures were amazing. The posting was flawless. She walked us through every step from pricing, to the inspection, to preparing the house to show, to closing. And when she had to go out of state for the birth of a grandchild, Natalie Sweet stepped in and handled everything seamlessly until she returned. They really are a sweet team to work with, and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys for making life much easier for us at such a time when it could have been much more stressful.

When it was time to sell our home in Walden Lake we called Natalie. We had heard good things about her from friends and neighbors over the years so we knew we wanted her to handle our listing. She and her staff are true professionals. She gave us a list of suggestions, took charge of the staging
and was on scene when her photographer took amazing interior and exterior photos. She had two full price offers within a week. She vetted both offers and we went with the one she recommended. They had a good down payment and we closed within a month. Real estate transactions can be
fraught with issues so avoid all the problems by going with the Sweet Team.
