I didn’t want to believe the reviews but I should have. Discrimination is at an all time high. They will gladly take your application fee and then prolong and then say it was something negative on your credit report.

As the other person stated, they definitely discriminate. A lot of ppl & property owners in the area are prejudice & will treat you accordingly. Correspondence is terrible and if your rental needs any repairs you r screwed! U WILL regret renting from them, u have been warned. ?

I feel as though extreme prejudice was in play with this realty company. I cannot prove it, but one knows when they are being discriminated against. If you are WASP, it will work out great. Otherwise, don't waste your time in a biased organization.

A lot of details weren’t discussed when we went into the office and we didn’t get most of our security deposit back. Also, we were charged extra rent and were not told we were going to get charged. More issues than just that, too. Lack of communication is the main thing, so glad we are with a new realtor now!
