I am filing a complaint against (All 3 Realty) for their unprofessional conduct regarding my security deposit and their failure to address necessary repairs during my tenancy.

I rented a property managed by this company for over three years. When I moved out, I left the property in great condition, especially considering the duration of my residency. Despite this, the company withheld my entire security deposit, claiming it was used for the rehab. This is unreasonable and contrary to the terms of my lease, which clearly state that I would not be charged for normal wear and tear which I was.

During my tenancy, there were several instances where I submitted maintenance requests for issues in my home that posed safety hazards. The company (All 3 Realty) often refused to address these concerns, citing high costs, even though these repairs were necessary to maintain a safe living environment. This neglect was both frustrating and unprofessional. Not to mention they attempted to change me an extra month rent when I moved out.
I was also out of a trash can for over 2 months due to up paid taxes on my rental property.as well as the marked request completion that has been completed pictures of how home looked on move out

ALL 3 Realty is simply the best. They made renting a breeze. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. They really have upfront rates. They do not tack on unnecessary cost. The only thing that will affect the monthly payment are pets. We encountered many agencies looking for a rental. All3 Realtors were the most honest, trustworthy and genuinely nice! Highly recommend!
