They literally fix everything. No delays. I never lived under a management company that does such a great job at communicating on a timely manner and actually sending people to really fix things not butchered work. Real vendors that are proficient. Mik, Wen and Cha have provided excellent customer service (sorry if I missed anyone). I’m happy here. Thanks guys for the awesome work. Keep it up. I’ll update this post later on. I only been here 8 days and so far, I’m grateful and very pleased.

Do NOT rent from this company when I wanted to do a walk through with someone after signing my lease they stated it had “already been done” after telling them that it does state in the lease that I am invited for a walkthrough with someone present I finally got them to agree to do a walkthrough with someone present, while doing the walkthrough I discovered there was a huge FLOOD coming out of the side of the house from a busted pipe from the dishwasher. They said they would take care of it before move in “they then told me everything was done”once again didnt wanna do a final walkthrough after going back and forth they send someone for the walkthrough. The maybe semi fixed the busted pipe and then forced the move in date on me because there nothing making the home not livable but leaving ALL THE WET board behind for a breeding ground for mold and they didn’t replace the bottom board which full of mold.. and smells awful they also have me using a oven that does not regulate correct temperature it’s fine to them because it turns “on” if you turn the oven on 400 it goes well over 525 degrees. So be sure when you look at the home before signing the lease you turn on the dishwasher to make sure it’s not leaking and make sure the oven is properly working something you would assume would be done before calling a home move in ready and putting it on the market I now get to live with mold for the next year do not rent from them if you don’t want your health harm from breathing in toxic mold

Citiside manages a rental property next to my home that is in complete disrepair. There have been multiple violent incidents occur at the home where police were called. The windows are busted out & covered with trash bags and there is a huge, dead tree in the backyard that is going to destroy a nearby home, kill someone, or both. The neighbors have written letters and called multiple times to no avail. They simply do not care. Citiside Property Management is a slumlord. If you are considering renting from this company, I would seriously advise against it. Based on what I've seen, they *do not* care about the welfare of their tenants or those around them. And if you are considering using them to manage your rental property, they certainly do not care about the properties they are being asked to rent & maintain. I would steer clear if you have any care in the world for the integrity of your home.

Dec 2 update: It has been three months since Citiside responded to my review, assuring me they would take care of the blight they allowed to occur at their property pictured here. The newest photo is from this morning. Please note that absolutely nothing has changed regarding the state of the property, despite the leased tenants having been gone for some time now.

It cannot be stressed enough the complete disregard Citiside Property Management has for this property or the neighborhood where it exists. Take your business elsewhere.

I would not rent from these people again. They have no compassion for their tenants. I was off temporarily disability for eight weeks called several times to ask about options to help pay my late rent. They never responded. The only time they responded is to tell me that I needed to pay it by the 10th or they would start the eviction process. These people don’t care about their tenants. And lack any sort of empathy. We all have to pay our bills but life does show up and happen. All they care about is the money filing eviction proceedings 10 days after rent is late You’re already tight on funds and they want to charge an extra 250 for filing +600 attorney fees. That’s absurd and they wanted to increase my rent 5% on the unit I lived in which in particular had no screens on the windows, roach infestation Look elsewhere do not rent from this property management group..and good luck getting your deposit back they are the true definitions of slum lords DOCUMENTATION DOCUMENTATION THEY ARE CROOKS

Reviews. Personally I do not wholeheartedly agree with the philosophy and thought process behind written reviews today. Mainly, because I do not believe all writers give a ton of thoughts to the statements surrounding a particular set of circumstances.
