DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I've been renting a 3 bedroom home and been having a disgusting toxic smell in my 3rd bedroom which was identified as pet urine. No sense of urgency! They actually don't care!! My roommate has not been able to occupy his bedroom for almost 3 months. We moved in on 6/28. I've asked to speak to the property manager and she does not call me back. I want my lease to be terminated. This house is not sanitary! My health is declining since I'm asthmatic. This is not a home! It's been a nightmare! There's also a tree that I've been concerned about. It's extremely tall, top heavy and moves like a hula hoop with light wind and they won't prune it or cut it down. I hope it holds up during this upcoming hurricane coming to GA in the next few days. The good reviews are from work orders, not the company itself. BEWARE! When I did my walk through all I smelled was a strong perfume smell in that room. Now it makes me think they were covering up the funk. When I moved in day 1 there was no AC and it activated the urine crystals in that house. The smell comes out to the hallway. THEY DO NOT CARE! I was also recently greeted with a snake that was in my laundry room/boiler room. Disgusting, no walls, no sheetrock..ripped insulation coming out along with waterbugs and now a snake. An Atlanta News team needs to come out to my home. Crawl space has fungi, gutters don't have covers according to the home inspection from my pest control company. They don't care!

My roommates and I moved into one of their properties last week, and there have already been numerous communication issues. We weren’t given the opportunity to do a proper inspection before signing the lease, which led to several problems becoming apparent only after we moved in. On top of that, no trash bins were provided, and when we asked how to get them, we were given no assistance and told to figure it out ourselves.

Communicating with the leasing team has also been incredibly frustrating—emails are often met with unhelpful responses, or only part of our concerns are addressed. Overall, the experience has been far from smooth, and I would not recommend this property group to others.

The home is nice, but coupled with the issues that were left unattended, it has made this moving process harder than it should be.

Jeremy came to the house and rebuilt the cabinets under the kitchen sink also repaired two totally destroyed drawers in the cabinet, which saved us from purchasing all new cabinets. Also with no hesitation assisted me with hanging a 65 inch flatscreen on the wall appreciate the help with gladly refer him to anyone I know great job.
