We used Tennessee Land Development Services to do a survey on our two adjacent lots. We wanted them combined so we would just have one lot. The whole process was a well oiled machine. You submit a request on the website. The instructions and information provided on the site is very thorough. Tim wants to make it clear that you understand what you are requesting. I received a quote within a few days, then provided my approval to do the job. Prior to the survey, I received information on my two lots for me to confirm this was the land for which I was requesting the survey. Not even two weeks later, the survey was completed and a digital copy was provided that very same day! Tim also provided 5 copies of the physical survey (which is needed to update your deed) for Sevier County Planning and Zoning. His cost was very reasonable. Tim is the ultimate professional! HIGHLY recommend.

They Did a Wonderful job they came and Worked very hard in the bitter Cold to get my property surveyed for me they are always helpful and friendly every time you Contact them I highly recommend this group if you're needing a survey done
