Jennifer and the rest of the Holrob team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Even when I thought it would be impossible to find the right location for my retail business, Jennifer went above and beyond and helped me find a perfect location below my budget. Not only was she very helpful with helping me find and secure a location, but she also worked with me outside of normal business hours to expedite the lease process to accommodate my timeline.

I will absolutely do business with Holrob again when future commercial real estate needs arise!

If you want a management company that will give random neighbors keys to your unit, this is the team for you.
If you want a management company that doesn't fix flooding units, this is the team for you.
If you want a management company that hires thieves but will not assist you in regaining your items, this is the team for you.
If you want a management company that knows about leaks at properties but won't get them fixed BUT will pass along the water bill to the tenants, then this is certainly the team for you.
