Flournoy has been wonderful- they manage a lot of our rentals for Brock Jones, Inc, and B&B Properties for us- I couldn't be happier with the service they provide us and their staff is A+. They make our life so much better knowing we don't have to worry about our properties we know that Tom, and his team have it covered. So if you're looking for a property management company for your properties residential or commercial I highly recommend giving them a call- they have handled our properties for many years and we are very pleased.

Been living in Amberleigh Shores in Wilmington NC for the past 3 1/2 years and love it. Conveniently located, apartment complex is well run by management. Grounds are clean, maintenance people are pleasant and prompt to issues if there is one.

1 month review. I was very apprehensive about moving to an apartment complex after over a decade of home ownership. However, from day one I was met with a very professional and accommodating staff at DM. I love living here with all of the community amenities and wonderful management team. My experience has been phenomenal and I can’t thank the DM team enough for everything that they do. Kristen (Community Director), Addie (Leasing Agent) ,Raegan (Leasing Agent), Kelsey (Leasing Agent), and Matt (Maintenance Tech) are a wonderful team and I definitely feel like I’m staying at a 5 star hotel with the level of service they provide. Thank you all for making me feel at home here. The property is well kept and the pricing reflects the luxury property and service at DM.

I have been here for about 4 year’s and have had nothing but good experiences in the past. Management has been kind and supportive and maintenance has responded quickly and are also very kind. Apartment’s are spacious and upscale, and well maintained. Quiet and respectful community. The only downsides are the price. It’s a little higher than others, but I would rather pay a little more for an amazing apartment community. Also, the management has changed and feels less inviting and more of a corporate environment. I love it here and would recommend to others.

It will be 2 years next month since moving to Amberliegh South. My husband and I are enjoying retirement fully with living in such a great community. The amenities and resident events offered make living here so much fun. We also like to commend the maintenance department for their speedy and accurate work when a minor problem does evolve. Let us not forget the outstanding staff and manager of the property, who takes time out to make sure their are no problems and listens to each and every resident. Thank you Amberleigh Shores, where I call home.

My boyfriend & I live at Amberleigh Shores for almost 2 years now and we love it. Staff is really helpful and friendly, the apt is very spacious, and the amenities are great. This was our first apt out on our own and they made the process really easy. I definitely recommend at least checking them out if you find yourself wanting to move into the area.

Above and beyond my expectations! The management team has been amazing. Very responsive with my questions or concerns. Customer service skills are exceptional. I highly recommend living here due to the management team, the care and maintenance of this property. I am going into my 3rd year and hope to be here for several more. This truly has become a home to me. Thank you!!
