If I could give zero stars I would but this has got to be one of the worst places I’ve rented from. If you ever rent an older house or apartment from them expect them to take your entire deposit and still have to owe money. They are very unorganized and will not keep up with anything you send them. I even moved in later than I was supposed to because they never cleaned or painted the walls when I continued to call them about it. I had to go ahead and move in or I would have been homeless. These are pictures before I moved in, after they claimed they had a “cleaning crew” come out twice. There is urine still behind the toilet, Poop on the window frame, dirt all in the sinks. Absolutely disgusting! Oh but they are still charging me a cleaning fee! They will completely take advantage of you so wouldn’t recommend ELITE PROPERTIES! 🙂

It’s amazing to see how poorly a property management company can be managed. They allowed squatter to stay in this location terrorizing the neighborhood and bringing the property value down dramatically. Rentals do NOT belong in family oriented neighborhoods. If you want to rent you find apartments. This is a great neighborhood that is being dragged through the mud because of companies like Elite Property Management. The residents of this neighborhood will not allow them to stay once the hoa is turned over. They don’t even maintain their vacant properties, what makes you think they will maintain the ones that are occupied.

I have rented from EPM for 4 years now. This company is very attentive to their properties, especially Jake and Margret Hudson. Anytime I something done to the house they are there that day or immediately let me know when they can come out. We have a great mutual relationship and I could not ask for a better Land Lord!

Margaret and her team do a fantastic job! I've been a tenant for 3 years they have always been extremely responsive to any issues (but few) at my property. Our house and neighborhood are beautifully maintained, we have great neighbors despite being a rental community. If you're moving to Statesboro, be sure to call Elite if you need help finding a great place to live.

This company has been the worst leasing experience I've ever had. We endured THREE MONTHS without a washer and dryer, with little to no response to our emails, and absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience. The maintenance staff they hire are completely incompetent; we had our kitchen flooded with bleach from pressure washers, and even after they supposedly fixed our washing machine, it still didn't work properly.

Furthermore, the yard work they did was absolutely terrible. They conducted inspections far too frequently, held showings in our house without asking for permission, and didn't offer any compensation, unlike much better companies I've dealt with in the past.

To add insult to injury, they attempted to increase our rent after we had already agreed upon a price in the initial lease. They also tried to charge us for a window seal that was clearly damaged before we moved in; it had been painted over by them after previous tenants, and their dog had chewed it up. Instead of fixing it properly, they simply painted over the damage and tried to charge us after our lease was over .

If you're looking for a management company that does nothing but make TikToks and will try to squeeze money out of you at every opportunity, then Elite Property Management is the perfect fit for you. Avoid them at all costs
