Kennon & Parker Property Management is one of the best rental properties I’ve ever worked with. The application process was super fast and easy. The approval process was quick. The staff are very personable and respond quickly. Maintenance responds promptly. I highly recommend this property management to anyone! Nyeemah Bey has been the best representative and definitely helps with any and everything!

I have been renting with KPDD for over three years. From the VERY start Nyeemah has been amazing! She/ her name was the first I learned of all the KPDD staff. Nyeemah has been more than helpful! From answering multiple calls concerning, answering my questions, to assisting with calming my anxiety in delicate situations, Nyeemah has ALWAYS seen me allll the way through! I was in the office recently, and a woman asked how I liked renting from them. While telling her I am satisfied with the experience, Nyeemah turned the corner and I let her know the same I just expressed above, Nyeemah has been a blessing since the moment I applied to rent my home through KPDD. To anyone considering doing business with KPDD, Nyeemah exudes the knowledge, experience, and genuine customer service required to meet your acquaintance!
I also would like to recognize Melanie as a great asset to the KPDD service team 🙂 She has shown nothing but kindness and professionalism (which has been mainly telephonic during my tenancy). I had the pleasure of putting a face with the name when I visited the office recently, and I could not pass up the opportunity to recognize Melanie as well!!

I’m writing this comment in appreciation for Melanie Mitchell. I've known her for nine years in her position as customer service coordinator for Kennon Parker. During that time, Melanie has taken care of all my needs. She is there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. I call her directly on her cell phone when something comes up. She's never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority. Not only does Melanie care for her tenants; I also consider her to be a friend. To say Kennon & Parker is lucky to have her would be an understatement. She is truly one of a kind!

I have been with KPDD for 11 years at the same address. Melanie has been sooo good to me and my family. She is ALWAYS available rain, sleet, or snow. On the weekends and after hours she has been there to answer my calls. She is patient and understanding and remains professional at ALL times. I have had crisis situations while being a tenant here and Melanie has remained fair and consistent. She is the empitomy of what customer service should be. I am so blessed to have Melanie as a consultant and residential advocate, it makes it all worthwhile living here. I feel I speak for all the tenants here that Melanie is a staple in our community.

I’ve had a few bad experiences with communication between myself, maintenance & honestly the owner of the property. From brown water coming from the sinks to completely unusable bathrooms for an entire month & paying for a hotel the same month of moving into the property. I will give a big S/O to Ms. Nyeemah that works the front desk, she has went above & beyond several times in making sure I’m getting taken care of, well at least everything she can do in her power. This world needs more caring people like herself.

The management company is alright, Mrs. Mitchell is really nice and conducts a lot of business for me. She helped me find a great property months in advance of moving to Columbus, she gave me her personal number incase I had any issues that weren't being solved regarding the property, and she helped negotiate my lease as I was coming up on the renewal but had trouble getting a date to sign the new lease. If it weren't for her (and it being so close to the holidays when my lease would end), I probably would've moved out to go with a new management property just based on the issues I was having.

honestly, there hasn't been a time that I've been by office giving you guys/gals a call and ask for assistance via email that I didn't receive assistance in a timely manner with the respect you guys/gals have been more than helpful. I'm more than grateful and appreciative. I have moved from Massachusetts to Columbus, Georgia and you guys/gals had made that experience worthwhile made it an easy transition. I'm very thankful, honored and pleased.
