Ms Benson and her team did an awesome job to help secure my dream home!!! They were prompt and very responsive if I had any questions. This will be my 3rd home purchase and this one was the worst. Firstly, I want to thank all the staff who worked tirelessly in enabling me to buy my house, but most importantly I give special thanks to Ms. Quanyatta Benson, Owner/Manager because it was she who helped me to buy my first house and now my second house.
Ms. Benson is the most kindhearted, helpful and understanding mortgagor. She treats me like her mother. Many times when I felt like giving up she encouraged me stating that "giving up is not an option."
Ms. Benson and her staff deserve kudos for the excellent work they are doing in helping low and middle income earners to acquire housing.
