The application process was very quick and easy! Rubi helped to get me in my new apartment quickly and was able to accommodate all my needs. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my son and I are happy in our new home. The community itself is very well kept and has a lot to offer. My friend has lived here for years, and so I know we will enjoy our stay based on her experience as well. I am very excited to be a new member of this community.

I love how they have community activities for everyone and especially the children. Walton care about the each home owner safety. They have a great maintenance staff and front desk staff. I also like that they have a trash compactor, laundry and car wash in the back of the community. They also have very nice play area for the children and grill areas. I would recommend all Walton Communities as a very good place to live.

I have live in my beautiful community at Walton's Ridenour apartment homes for 14 or 15 years. Ms. Robin has always been and continues to be a very loving caring manager here at Walton's Ridenour apartment homes. She has always been fair while being talk about badly and it's unfair, she works hard to meet everyone's need within our community. Her and her staff are the best all of them work hard to keep our beautiful community running smoothly and our grounds and apartments well kept. She is fair in conflicts with neighbors she makes share that our children are safe in our community. I find out that most of the time it is the neighbors who reside here do not appreciate all of the hard work that her and her staff provides for us in our community. She has a lot to deal with every single day and she is only one person meeting all of our needs and complaints. I have never ever had a problem with anything getting fixed in my brand new remodel apartment before or after. It breaks my spirit when I hear how people that live in this beautiful community complain and not be completely honest about management. If you don't like it here then move if you can not appreciate all that Ms. Robin offers and bring to our beautiful community then move and maybe then you will see the difference of what you really lost by living here in our beautiful community. Most of you are quick to place blame of her but do not own up to the part you play while living in our beautiful community. We are blessed to live in a beautiful community that offer us plenty and I feel that a lot of you do not appreciate where you live. Again if you have so much to complain about in living here then move and see if you can get better this Walton's Ridenour apartment homes.

I called Sunday night due to not having hot water, the maintenance guy told me to check the breaker I did and said ok I’ll see if this works. I called the after hrs number right back IMMEDIATELY and told them it didn’t work and I needed someone out ASAP!! NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!! I had to boil hot water just to be able to clean my body! I AM BEYOND ANGRY WITH THE NEGLECT, DISRESPECT, AND LIES I CONSTANTLY GET FED!! I HAD A MAJOR SURGERY ON FRIDAY, so to be WITHOUT HOT WATER is was an awful experience for me!! I kept record of the times I’ve called you all, emailed you all and it all be ignored!! I try to be a good and respectful tenant, but it has gotten me NOWHERE! Tonight my hot water has went out again, and due to past emergency maintenance calls, or needing the courtesy officer to come out and being ignored I just asked what’s the point!! I still have yet to even hear from you about an email I sent you months ago!!
Update: Smoke free community isn’t smoke free, and tenants get away with it!! I’m on the 3rd floor and can hear my neighbor below me word for word, her weed smoke comes up to my apartment, she now smokes in her closet, leaves the windows up, or boil fabuloso to TRY to mask the smell, kids will be unsupervised, when one gets in trouble if you pay for an amenity just know due to that person or persons getting in trouble you won’t be able to use the amenity and you don’t even know them from a can of paint. If maintenance damages your property it will not be replaced!!! STOVES TURN OFF WHILE COOKING!!!! They say it’s weighted, but it should not turn off, nor should it take me an hour to cook a hamburger patty nor should my cooking oil get cold midway through cooking and I have to put my food in the trash or oven to try to save it!!

The whole moving experience was definitely a breeze! Mrs. Tonya is one of the sweetest people I’ve met! My application process I was so stressed out and worried and she called me on a Wednesday to get me to send in paperwork she needed because she let me know she was trying to go ahead and see can I get approved. She called back Thursday and asked if I was sitting down and I thought it was because I had been denied and she told me I was approved! She was genuinely excited for me as she probably saw my concern on being approved. Tyler helped with the move in process and he also was so very helpful in explaining the lease to me and was just so very friendly and showed me the complex and where things were before taking me to my apartment. They both were god sent angels to me!!!! The kindness and true effort of helping me out I will NEVER forget! The office staff is also so very friendly and have been EXTREMELY helpful to me any time I’ve had a question or concern! This complex is amazing!!!!!!!
