We recently moved into the Ashton apartments, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made! The modern interiors, thoughtfully designed layouts, and excellent amenities provide a perfect balance of comfort and style. From the sparkling pool to the well-equipped gym and cozy communal spaces, everything is designed to create a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere.

Claudia made our leasing experience exceptional. She was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. She truly listened to our needs and helped us select the ideal floor plan and amenities, ensuring everything was exactly what we were looking for. Her professionalism and warmth made the entire process effortless and enjoyable.

The Ashton’s prime location, close to shops, restaurants, and other conveniences, has made settling in so easy. Thanks to Claudia and the amazing team, we already feel right at home here and can’t recommend this community enough to anyone searching for a stylish and welcoming place to live!

Let's get right into it.... First and foremost, i love the property. But nothing is better than when you have a maintenance team who is on top of it. The maintenance Supervisor, Alex Akilov rocks. He always has a positive energy about him and not to mention he is timely and efficient. He will make sure to resolve any issue, no matter how big or small. So glad I chose to move here!

Claudia was amazing! My family and I came from out of town to relocate & she was so pleasant, very informative & the sweetest soul!
