Troy helped me land a great tenant with a 3 year lease. Bonus: I knew her since she was a young girl and trusted her family... but I might never have found her as a renter without Troy's help. I have managed my own rentals in the past, but at this time I needed a stellar tenant to take super good care of my home. They have been great. He helped me avoid some applicants that looked good, sounded good, but had some bad stuff hiding in their reports that could have turned them into a nightmare. Takes so much of the work off of me having him vet the people and let me know what he thinks. Well worth the money!! I have done water damage work for his clients and carpet cleaning also, and never had a problem.

This has been a less then perfect experience with this company. I applied to home 10+ days ago and still have not received any type of update on my application status. I have left voicemails to no Avail and submitted card information. This is unprofessional. I spoke with a male who explained 1st he was out for the last 3 days, that he would review my applications that same day. Then 3 days later spoke again & they were in the middle of moving offices and hadn’t gotten any applications reviewed yet. I wish the service was better. They never answer the phone and it sucks!!!!

Troy is RUDE! Got off the phone with him and asked about the qualifications for applying for homes with the company. I tried to get clarification for credit and rental history requirements and he straight up with a harsh tone and got smart with me. I’m all about customer service and how you treat people.I’m good on this company glad I followed my instinct to do a review check.horrible inputs and see I why.

Troy has not only been helpful but very courteous in regards to assisting my family in finding a home to live. Rentals are hard to find these days and Troy was most appreciated in his finding us a lovely apartment during these rough times.

NO STARS HERE!!! Troy Management NEVER FIXES ANYTHING WRONG with the unit. Then they deduct all that is wrong with the unit at move out. BE CAREFUL with this company.
