Casey is Great!! As an owner, I have had the privilege of working with her for about 5 years. For 20 years I managed my own properties being very confident that was the right way to go. As the years passed by, I finally decided to turn them over to a property manager. I found Casey with Backyard Realty Group and quickly discovered I spent 20 years doing it not only the hard way but the expensive way. Casey gets me more rent than I would have gotten on my own plus a much more qualified tenant. She more than earns her fees!!! Should have done this 20 years sooner!

I must say that this realty company has been nothing but first class in all my interactions. I was in the market for a rental and from the day I spoke with Forrest Wolfe and secured a rental they have been professional and prompt in all matters regarding the rental process. Forrest’s availability and eagerness to help and make himself available for all my questions and concerns was greatly appreciated. Casey Sellers the property manager was amazing in all her help during the move in process and she made sure that all the items discussed and promised to me happened promptly. Their maintenance turnaround on any small things that come up has been A+! After 5 months I still give them an overall grade of an “A”!!

Casey is a pathological liar. Very unprofessional. Everytime I submit a maintenance request online, I have to call her repeatedly in order for anything to get done. Consider yourself lucky if she returns your phone calls. If the request is not submitted online, they charge a $100 fee. Plus they have the nerve to want to charge people $20 per month for air conditioner filters that they want tenants to replace each month. This company is greedy and the worst of the worst.

I hired Backyard Realty Group to manage a property for me in 2014. When we initially met about the property and talked about how involved I wanted to be, I told them "I never want to have to think about this house again." I am happy to report that I really haven't.

In 4 years, I was never a month without a tenant, and in fact, I had the same tenant 3 years in a row. That's just a testament to how committed the company is to keeping both tenants and owners happy. Yes, of course things went wrong with my property along the way as they tend to do, but my property manager always communicated the issues immediately, offered options and gained approval before making the repairs.
