My experience with SixesHOA Management has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. They are extremely unresponsive—calls go unanswered, and voicemails are rarely, if ever, returned. When I submitted a payment, they incorrectly applied it to the wrong account and then had the audacity to charge me a late fee. Even after admitting the error was on their end, they still tried to collect the fee from me. That level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, their approval process for any kind of plans is painfully slow. They take an unreasonable amount of time to respond and often demand documents that are unnecessary or irrelevant to the project, causing even more delays and frustration.

SixesHOA Management has shown a clear lack of professionalism, efficiency, and basic customer service. If you have a choice, I strongly recommend looking for a different HOA management company.

Kaitie is fantastic! Sixes Management took over management of our HOA this month from a previous group that was very hit or miss on communication. An issue was submitted in Nov and received very little updates. Within a day of reaching out to Kaitie, she was able to resolve the roadblocks and have an important exterior repair completed.

Switched to Sixes Management Group in February. Our Contact with Sixes is Kaitie Smith. Kaitie's communication skill are "On Target"! Her follow-up and ability to "Get Things Done" are paramount. Kaitie also helps us (HOA Board) to navigate any challenge's.

These people have absolutely no concept of right and wrong, they just sling around warnings for fun, huge power trip company that doesn't understand how seasons work and why that makes leaves fall in a place with a lot of trees. The whole front yard could be pine straw and they'll still make you shell out 100s of dollars each year just so the pine straw is slightly darker colored. Disgusting company.

My experience with Sixes management Group, especially as a renter in Wyngate, has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is extremely communicative and willing to help with any issues. I would like to highlight one staff member in particular - MaryBeth Bearden.

I cannot thank MaryBeth enough for the incredible support and understanding she provided throughout my experience with the HOA. As a rental tenant, I wasn’t expecting such kindness and willingness to assist, but MaryBeth truly went above and beyond.

She worked closely with me to address the challenges surrounding the HOA's fence requirements, advocating for reasonable solutions. Her communication was always professional, prompt, and respectful, and she made what could have been an overwhelming process so much more manageable.

MaryBeth’s dedication and willingness to help, even in situations where she wasn’t obligated to, speaks volumes about her commitment to the community. I’m extremely grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her to anyone needing guidance or support with HOA matters.

Beware They do not return phone calls, voicemails, emails, messages, app notes... NOTHING. (specifically Erin and Amanda) but continue to charge daily fees ($25!!!) for months. We had no idea this was happening until we received the first "statement" in the mail for thousands of dollars. Will likely need an attorney to handle these exorbitant fees.
