I have been a resident here for 15 months and these are the rudest non professional people I have ever dealt with . They talk to people like they are nobody and I stood up against the lady in the office and ask her not to speak to me that way and we have been treated terrible ever since . They have lied and posted notes on our door and when confronted nobody knows anything . Recently we were made to sleep with no linens or spread because the lady took our linen then left for the day and the next day I went to ask and she refused them to me so from Friday To Monday we had no linens !!! My spouse had a stroke in March and he has been treated terrible and I have reached out but no response so maybe I should reach to a higher level . The GM here also went to a place and asked private info on me and then over charged the Covid Relief way more than was owed good thing I keep a good paper trail .

Most unprofessional Mengment company they do not have any knowledge about sales tax or city tax I found out about it after 6 months and I had to get rid of them and paid lot Of Penalties DO NOT DO NOT HIRE THEM
