I used Courtney as my real estate agent 9 or so months ago. Courtney was EXTREMELY professional and a stand up guy! He made every trip to see us, even after hours as our schedules were difficult to work with.
Furthermore, it is great to have a real estate agent who is not selling you on everything, but looking at it as if he were the property manager. He took time to look at everything beyond just the eye test. He gave us critical feedback that eventually led us to our dream house and new home!
I will use Courtney again if I choose to buy another house or move. He is truly a professional. Thank you Courtney!

Read the one star reviews. Courtney Basically stole app fees and ghosted us. What's the point of being a real estate agent if you're not gonna help people. He will communicate with you before you pay the application fee. Then after that good luck getting a single text from him. RUN. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

Unprofessional crook who does not communicate. Courtney basically stole application fees from me and my girlfriend. He strung us along for a week and now doesn't even have the decency to call me back or return my texts.

If this is the kind of behavior he displays during the application process, God only knows how unreliable of a property manager he would be.
