I read the reviews and was psychologically prepared to deal with incompetence. My experience was the exact opposite. All parties arrives for closing early, so we started early. The receptionist Kim was very friendly. The attorney - Chris Little - was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. If I met this guy outside of work, I would never guess he is a lawyer; very laid-back. The entire closing process took maybe 75mins, mostly due to my numerous questions - otherwise, we could've done it in 40mins. Overall, I have exactly zero complaints, other than the office being very far away. From the reviews, it seems to be a case-by-case experience based on your attorney. If you have Chris Little then you should be fine.

If you could mess up any part of a closing, they did. Every part of our closing with them went poorly from start to finish. We received closing documents at ten minutes before closing time on the business day before our closing and they were incorrect. We spent an hour waiting for correct numbers at the table. Wire transfers were requested 10+ times and one still didn't make it on that business day. They pushed the closing and made us wait a weekend for a new closing date and time. This closing office was about as slow and unprofessional as they come. I highly recommend choosing another closing attorney.

My experience with Parkway was exceptional. Couldn't have asked for a smoother closing experience for our new home! Amanda made sure that everything was taken care of before I even thought to ask, from start to finish. Her attention to detail put us at ease, and when we got to the closing table we were in and out in 30 minutes. Everything was done, organized, and ready to go. Thank you!!

We did our closing virtually. It was not great. The notary did not show up for our appointment. We also were made to feel that we were inconveniencing them because there were problems with the documents our mortgage company sent. We received several curt replies from various staff via email. With closing costs being so high in a modern real estate transaction, one would hope to at least be treated well at the actual closing. We had heard great things about them from our real estate agent, so it was both surprising and disappointing.

worst closer in my experience. They never reviewed or corrected the CD before closing and changed the numbers couple times at the closing tables. Could close the same day because of them. made some changes with the numbers at the closing table which we didn't hear from them before and we had no options to get the numbers work for us at that moment. Never replied or read the emails carefully from us or from the lender. Charges high and poor service. I guess they take more responsibility than they are capable of. My agent chose them abut I won't recommend.

Parkway Law Group is our go-to closing attorney. As a real estate broker in the business since 2006, we have experienced so many horror stories with different companies before being referred to Parkway from another high producing agent. We have seen so much go wrong with other companies from missing important information on the closing statement, having to send or ask the attorney for the same information over and over, or simply not being able to get answers. One closing attorney actually forgot to pay the termite company and our seller had to pay it months later after the buyer was harassed by the vendor for months. Parkway Law Group is one company that I don’t have to worry about! They work long hours and go so far out of the way to help agents get the deal closed and protect their clients. We ask our clients for feedback after closing and it’s always positive when we work with Parkway. Closings are explained in detail and any questions are answered clearly... even after the closing! I recommend them daily and will continue to refer my clients here. Thank you for making our job easier and giving our clients peace of mind!
