I absolutely love my apartment! It's incredibly spacious, completely critter-free, and the staff is nothing short of amazing. Work orders are always attended to promptly, often on the same day, which makes living here even better. Highly recommend!

I moved out in May and lived here for a full year. At first the office staff is great and friendly and very attentive but the longer you live her and the type of issue you have will determine the rate of efficiency they take when reaching back out. When we first moved in there was mold sealed into the sealant on the tub/shower as well as white paint coating the sink that immediately began peeling once we started using it. After I inquired about making a rent payment early, the leasing office sent me a breakdown of our rent charges including a “non-compliance fee” stating that this was due to canceling an insurance policy. We had sent our insurance information upon moving in and made no adjustments to this nor did they reach out about this. They just started charging an extra fee randomly titled “required coverage fee” in the payment portal. After the first email where they informed me of the reason for this charge, I had to send 3 follow up emails before I finally got a response where they addressed this and offered a refund. After giving notice that we would not be renewing our lease, I asked multiple questions about the move out process and all fees associated as I had seen other reviews stating that they would charge extra fees after moving out, I had to again follow up multiple times on this as well. On multiple occasions our apartment building was left unkept with webs, leaves, and overgrown branches covering our stairs and walkways. We also experienced, more than once, walking to our apartment building and catching people performing sexual acts behind our building where the stairs were located as the lights back there were also out and left for months without being replaced. They would also leave empty condom boxes/wrappers behind the apartment which were not cleaned up until I reached out to the office. As for maintenance, although they are quick to come out, there is little to no communication with them. The first issue we had with them was when we had to reach out for pest control treatment for fleas. I got a call that they would be coming out to treat our apartment and I asked when we would be able to safely re-enter the apartment due to the chemicals being used. The woman who called said she would ask and call me back and she never did so, meaning we had to hope that whatever treatment they used would be safe for us to come back home to. Our ac and heating broke during the winter and then the summer. During this, there was one instance where the man who came out to do the repairs informed me that they would have to come back the following day. I asked what time so I could ensure I would be home from work and he informed me it would be in the afternoon after 2pm. When I left the following morning for work, I got a notification from our doorbell system that he was there at 8:30am with a pair of keys that he was bringing to my door after my maintenance request very clearly stated that I was to be home during the repair. They never called when they were on the way no matter how many times I would request this. They would just show up sometime on the day of the request. I rented roughly a 690sq ft apartment for $1,500 a month after all fees and all of the issues I experienced should not have happened considering how much I was paying to live here.

The model apartment they show you is not what they end up giving you. Mold all in the bathrooms and the maintenance only paints over it. You pay for pest control every month but still have roaches from neighbors. They keep your security deposit if you don’t give a 60 day written notice. The neighborhood isn’t safe. Anyone gets in through gate. Pool is hardly open. I will not recommend this place to anyone. $2400 a month for two bedrooms!

I toured this apartment complex today. I came in as a walk in , the leasing agent Jocelyn Castro very unprofessional she literally held a conversation with 2 people for a whole 30 minutes before coming to say hey sorry I’m ready for yall now. So I asked to tour a 2 bedroom apartment she showed us the model unit. I made it clear to her that I wanted to tour a unit that was available for me to move into immediately and not a model unit. So she said I can send you a video of it Monday. So what is the difference in seeing it today and Monday. So I will be passing on this apartment complex due to the unprofessionalism from the leasing agent hold a whole conversation for 30 minutes before coming to speak to us, she literally didn’t care that we were there to tour and kept with her conversation like we weren’t there. Also after reading the reviews and some tenants stating that they have ROACHES , I will definitely have to pass on this apartment complex and take my business elsewhere. Thank God Dodged a bullet !!!

This place is disgusting! These are the conditions that they gave me my apartment to move into. No walkway to my apartment so when it rains, it gets muddy. Plus there is always trash everywhere as you can see. Even after multiple attempts, nothing ever got fixed! The front office staff is so unprofessional and unresponsive. They need training!!!! I spoke with all of them in person and still nothing happened. My truck got broken into, my packages got broken into and left open on my door. The neighbors smoke weed all day. The hallway lights always go out. I felt extremely unsafe and uneasy living here at all times. On my move out inspection, the assistant manager had a horrible attitude! PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! 0/5 stars if I would!!!!!!

To everyone complains or coming to complain about this apartment complex, that’s not enough, people are desperate and will move in if it’s easy.
File a complaint with the HUD.
File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
File a complaint with the city.
Those are easy and if enough people do that, they can get investigated and they will either fix everything or they will get shut down, you will receive your money to move out as you wish. Its a shame that places like this exist.

Roaches and rats in the apartment! My apartment was dirty at the time of move-in, there was some unknown sticky substance on the floor. My oven had oven cleaner residue in it and the refrigerator wreaked of mildew and the smell was unbearable. The bathroom door could not close and the shower rack was broken. The office staff is the worst part and they find every reason to charge your account. It's like an adult daycare with no structure. Despite the numerous work order requests to repair several safety and basic comfort issues, the maintenance & office failed to complete. From what I heard, the old leasing manager actually cared about the tenants. The property manager now is very lazy, the apartments are overpriced for what it's worth. On a regular basis, there is vandalism, break-ins, shootings and management overlooks it with no consideration to the high-priced rent.

The photos I’ve shared below are just the SMALLEST glimpse of the conditions of these apartments. Moved in few months ago, have complained to the apartment manager consistently for months. Being a recovering cancer patient, this has impacted my health and caused tremendous amount of breathing problems. The attitude and amount of empathy they have for you when you go to complain is inhumane. I can’t believe this is a continuing problem after all the reviews and complaints they’ve received. If I had an option to leave without losing my months rent I’d rather move and live in my car while I find a place to live rather than continue allowing my health to decline.
