I would highly recommend Jake Strickland personally for anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Georgia. He kept me informed about every detail, he not only got the property sold but he went far above what he needed to do. I live in another state and my son is in a wheelchair, I did not want my son to be in his wheelchair for a 5 hour drive and Jake (who I have never seen or met before) did all the research and leg work so we did not have to make that trip. I would give him more than 5 stars, he is great. I might add that the property was trashed by the people who lived there, it was in horrible condition.

When I first met Jake he was at my property at 38 Maurice Way in Lavonia. We talked and I showed him around and he ask me if he could sale it for me. So I let him take care of it for me. Jake did what he told me he would do. He was very helpful. He was so friendly which I haven't seen before, he said he would help me in any way he could. If you got any property are house for sale you need to get in touch with Jake Strickland. Because he do what he tells you. If I sale anything else Jake will be the one that I would get.I highly recommend Jake.

Jake was amazing, we told him what we was looking for and he come up with a couple houses for us to look at, the second house we looked at we put offer in on house that day and purchase the house in less than a month. Jake is educated in the market on what he is selling and he listens to you and what you are looking for, when we looked at the house he gave us many ideas that helped us on finding the right house. Jake was there all the way answering any questions we had and taking us back to the house at our request. Jake communicates and keeps you informed, if you are in market for house I strongly suggest using Jake as your realtor. I will be purchasing a cabin next year and will be using him.
