I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Iron Horse Property Management Company. As an owner , I expected a certain level of professionalism and transparency, but this company has consistently fallen short.
Firstly the blatant disrespect for the owners.Communication is often dismissive and unhelpful. It feels like they’re more interested in squeezing money out of the owners than providing a fair and honest service.
Overall I cannot recommend Iron Horse Property Management company. If you are looking for a property management company that cares about it’s clients and operates with integrity, look elsewhere.

Be very very careful what you sign with them they are very very shady. If you do buisness with them please please take screenshots of everything you sign and pay on their website. Those screenshots may be the only saving grace you have..
