I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lake Hartwell in the beautiful Martin Georgia and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and serene atmosphere. The house itself is beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern comforts.

The amenities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen, which made our family meals even more special. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a spacious deck perfect for morning coffee and evening stargazing.

The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding nature, with plenty of hiking trails and scenic spots nearby. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a fun family vacation, I can’t recommend the Lakehouse enough. We can’t wait to return!

My children and grandchildren will take about these trip for years to come. I’m so happy we were able to make memories that will last the last time one happy mom/Gammy

Quaint location, perfect little lake house. Very enjoyable, relaxing place to stay while visiting all the beautiful state parks nearby or just sit at there dock and enjoy Lake Hartwell right in the backyard. We will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The house was beyond comfortable. There was so much space for us to spread out and be together. Waking up to the lake view every day was so calming. Sitting on the dock was peaceful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The house was perfect for us. We were there for golf courses, state parks, amd a concert. It was in a great location. Everything was wonderful, from the comfortable bed to the large master bathroom to the living room comfort to the front and back porches. We especially loved the hot tub! Terrific amenities including the k-cups and all the indoor and outdoor space, but #1 was being able to charge our car under the car port! Thanks so much!

This place was perfect for our fishing trip. We had 6 guys and 5 boats but never felt crowded. Plenty of parking, plenty of room for socializing. This place had everything. would definitely recommend it for anyone going to Hartwell, especially if you have a big family or multiple families! And the Linton Realty Company were so helpful and friendly!

We would give 10 stars if we could! We loved Cabin at Lavonia/Gumlog Cottage! It was clean, spacious and it has everything you need. We felt at home.
The view of the river was so pretty! It’s only 30-40 mins from some beautiful waterfalls and about a hour from Helen. We had lots of fun!

Lovely property with everything imaginable! My family and I visited the property this spring and it was better than what we expected. The owners literally thought of everything - just bring your clothes and food. There was even a bag of ice there for us to enjoy which was much appreciated. We spent a lot of time on the lake fishing off the beautiful dock. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Definitely a best kept secret - don’t delay book this property today!
