This was our 1st time buying property through an auction. We were pleasantly surprised at how seamless, and easy, the process was!! The folks at South Auction were right with us the whole way!! They stayed in close contact with us to ensure our questions were answered and giving us guidance through the steps. I was scared to bid on property when the money got to a large amount. South Auction was a great company to deal with. Any questions I had they answered and helped me with. I have had a wonderful experience with this auction organization. It's local and really down to earth people who run the organization. They always assist the best they can when picking up supplies purchased. Dicey and Eli did a really good job on the most recent auction and I look forward to many more and doing more business with these folks!!!
